Indices of Performance (IoP)
In the spirit of openness, each calendar year we require a statement from every member on their performance, including any accidents to their employees and incidents with their products. The data is supplied on a highly confidential basis to CBA and amalgamated to produce the UK’s IoPs for chemical distribution. This information is presented to interested parties including Government.
Copies of both the CBA Indices of Performance Bulletin and the CBA logistics Index are available to download from the Measuring Progress section of this website.
