Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ)
The first job for a newly committed company is to inspect and assess its existing management system. To assist with this process, the RC Programme has its own SAQ that needs to be completed. Inevitably, there will be areas for improvement and a plan, the improvement plan, needs to be drawn up for action over the next three years.
