CBA Logistics Index
The 2007 Index contains data from 18 haulage, warehousing and tank farm companies employing 3,435 people. Together, these companies made more than three-quarters of a million journeys and handled more than 8.3 million tonnes of chemicals.
Issued under the auspices of its Responsible Care programme, the Logistics Index was first published last year and covers CBA’s member companies engaged in chemical road haulage, warehousing and tank farms operations. The Index contains aggregate annual data on measures such as transport incidents, lost time accidents and enforcement actions taken by the regulatory authorities.
