Smoke Free Premises Regulations

July 1st, 2007 saw the final piece of "smoking" legislation finally become law within the UK, as England became "smoke free".

CBA has followed the developments of the legislation and has forwarded comments to the UK government with regard to aspects of the legislative process within the UK.

CBA have produced numerous articles for Uupdate, given advice at regional meetings and have a guidance document on its website to advise members of the sources of information and requirements of the law.

If you have not implemented anything into your company regarding this law you may be liable to fines. If you require any advice do not hesitate to contact the technical office.
