Successfully managing an incident involving chemicals depends on effective planning and a well-drilled response to the emergency.
This tried and tested CBA workshop is designed to provide an insight into the planning and response process for a transport incident and includes a simulated emergency.
The workshop is suitable for all levels of personnel requiring a practical knowledge of emergency response.
It will be particularly useful to those who may have a specific responsibility within company emergency response plans.
The workshop provides an insight into aspects of RTC emergency response including:
- Emergency planning and communication for transport incidents
- The role of the emergency services at an incident
- RTC roles and responsibilities
- Chemical spill response
- Post incident investigations and reporting
- Live Action “Role Play” exercise: multi- vehicle road traffic accident
