The first registration deadline for companies within UK REACH is the 27th October 2026 and will require companies to fulfil their registration obligations to continue to trade in a substance(s). The next deadlines follow in 2028 and 2030 so it is key that companies understand their obligations, agree a ‘way forward’ and prepare accordingly.
