Michael Start is now our new Sales and Marketing Director. He joined the team at the early part of this year and I think he managed one business trip in Europe then, bang into Lockdown in the UK.
During this time he has become an integral part of the team at Castle Chemicals Ltd. He brought his skills and experience to add to this successful international chemical company in more ways than we had expected. Then time spend helping ensure Castle is future proof and on very strong foundations.

Mike has Over 25 years’ experience in Speciality Chemical. Ranging from Base Chemicals, Plastics, Inks, Polymers, Surface Coatings and Adhesives. He demonstrates extensive international experience of sales and marketing management. Has strong leadership experience with leading remote teams in Europe, USA, Asia and China. Latterly he has also developed his general management and people skills running a large chemicals sales and distribution centre. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, rugby and is also a keen musician.
