We are delighted to announce that on Friday 15th September 2017 Nordmann, Rassmann GmbH acquired 100% of the shares of Melrob Group Holdings Ltd inclusive of all Melrob’s subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, Germany, India, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Spain and the USA.

Nordmann, Rassmann GmbH are a specialty chemical distributor with headquarters in Hamburg, and subsidiaries in numerous European countries. Together we can offer our suppliers and customers a comprehensive presence not only across the European territories but extending to Asia and North America.

Ian Melluish, Managing Director of Melrob Group Holdings Ltd explained that, “Nordmann, Rassman is Melrob’s first choice. Strategically speaking, we’ve found the ideal partner – and the extremely close cooperation throughout the negotiating period made it very clear that our companies share a great deal in terms of corporate culture, as well as identical views on ethics.
