ADR Changes

ADR is subject to a two-yearly review and revision process to refine the regime. The new edition of ADR is published at the beginning of every odd year and provides contracted parties a six-month transition period to implement the regime into domestic carriage rules.
The Carriage of Dangerous Goods (CDG) applies ADR into the UK and whilst they may not be subject to revision, the changes to ADR will impact domestic carriage.
This workshop is aimed at those who have a duty under CDG/ADR, to identify
the revisions and update practicing DGSA’s on the potential impacts.
The workshop provides a basic insight into aspects of transport regulations
including:
- International changes
- UN model agreement ADR
- Domestic changes to CDG
- EAC changes
- TBC : Enforcement
