This course will provide an overview of current guidance, accepted good practice and the management processes needed to help participants develop an integrated approach to managing human performance. While the course content is derived from best practices at COMAH sites, it is equally applicable to addressing performance in other business domains – Quality, Cost, Delivery and People – in addition to Safety (SQCDP).
