This workshop is designed both for those new to SQAS/ESAD and for those who have previous experience but want to be updated on the 2019 questionnaires. Office-only distributor companies need not attend the afternoon session. This event is free to those CBA member companies that have not already undertaken an SQAS/ESAD assessment and have not taken a free place at a previous SQAS/ESAD workshop.
